Powell County Council on Aging recognizes that complaints are unavoidable and can provide valuable information for quality improvement. We appreciate all input regarding the care/services provided as well as our delivery system.
If you have a complaint (grievance) about your care or services from us, we want to know about it. Discrimination or retaliation will not be tolerated and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner following our complaint and grievance procedure.
